Scrummy Gin

A special creation for Scrummy’s at the Barn in Yoxall based on our signature gin, sloe and damson mix. Only available to buy at their store, it’s followed the same long slow steeping process, and packed with the same local ingredients as all of our products.

Scrummy’s at the Barn were one of our first stockists, and they’ve supported us throughout our journey, so it only felt right to honour them with their own special liqueur.

Tasting Notes

A complex and layered taste, initially you’re met with sweet and tart flavours of dark berries making way to subtle spicy notes and nutty stone fruit flavours. The juniper base from the gin provides a grounding botanical character, balancing the sweetness. A beautifully smooth mouth feel, Damn Sloe Gin is rich and full-bodied on the palate. The finish is a smooth warming sensation, sweet notes making way to subtle tart fruity aftertaste.
